Burying Muslim Law in non-Muslim Graves

The non-Islamic people should not be buried in the graveyard of the Muslims. Likewise, Muslims should not be buried in the cemeteries of non-Muslims. Contained in the Book of Mirqotusshu'uditthasdieq fi syarhi Sullamittaufieq, page 15, as follows:

او لا يجوز دفنه في مقا بر المسلمين لخرو جه عنهم بالردة ويجوزدفنه في مقا بر الكفار

It means: "And the apostate should not be buried in the graveyard of the Muslims, because he came out of them because riddah, and should be planted in the cemetery of the infidels".
